SFEA is the exclusive collective bargaining agent for Silver Falls School District educators. We represent classroom teachers, special education teachers, counselors, school psychologists, and district specialists.

Promote the strengthening of public education

Although your benefits and rights generally begin when you do, you are not officially a union member until you sign a membership application card. Signing the card and giving it to your Building Representative ensures membership, the right to vote in union elections, and membership with our affiliates.

Once you sign your membership card, you will get on our mailing list for all of our important updates. All updates will come to your personal email. 

Your building rep will also keep you updated throught out the year with important changes.

If you have a question about your contract or an issue at your worksite, contact your building representative first, and they will contact the executive board as needed.
